Talent Agent

Location: Remote (UK-based, within reasonable distance of London or Manchester)
Type: Freelance / Commission-Based (with potential to transition to salaried role after 6 months)

Origin House is a talent management and media company representing emerging content creators. We work across content, brand partnerships, and original media, connecting talent with opportunities in digital, fashion, and culture.

We are building a new generation of talent representation focused on long-term growth, creative collaboration, and meaningful brand partnerships.

We are looking for a Talent Agent to help manage and develop creators within our network.

You will be responsible for building relationships with creators, supporting their growth, and helping secure brand opportunities in collaboration with our partnerships team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and build relationships with creators within the agency

  • Support creators in securing brand partnerships and opportunities

  • Negotiate deals and ensure fair compensation for talent

  • Coordinate campaigns, deliverables, and timelines

  • Identify and sign emerging creators to join the network

  • Work closely with the brand partnerships team on campaigns

  • Maintain organisation and track activity within the agency CRM

Compensation

This is a commission-based role.

  • You will earn a percentage of deals you manage or help secure

  • Earnings increase based on performance and deal volume

  • High-performing agents have strong earning potential as the agency grows

There is potential to transition into a salaried + commission role after 6 months, based on performance.

What we are looking for

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Interest in creators, social media, and influencer marketing

  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently

  • Organised and proactive

  • Ability to manage multiple creators and projects

  • Previous experience in talent management, sales, or social media is a plus (but not required)
